Services

Dr. Youngjohn conducts objective and independent neuropsychological and psychological evaluations of persons with suspected traumatic brain injuries, neurological diseases, dementias, psychiatric disorders including post-traumatic stress disorder, and chronic pain syndromes.

Evaluations are performed at the request of health care professionals, case managers, insurance carriers, attorneys, the courts, and self-referral. Contexts include diagnostic clarification, treatment planning, fitness for duty, the need for work or activity restrictions, disability determination, competency to stand trial, and criminal responsibility.

Although Dr. Youngjohn’s practice is assessment focused, psychotherapy and counseling services are available on a limited basis for selected clients.
